Contact details, company information, order/quote history, technical logs, images uploaded for product identification (with consent), and form messages.
3. Purposes and legal bases (Art. 6 GDPR)
- Responding to enquiries — contract / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b));
- Order fulfilment and invoicing — contract & legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(b),(c));
- Photo identification — consent (Art. 6(1)(a));
- Security and abuse prevention — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
4. Retention
Quotes: up to 24 months; accounting data: statutory periods; identification images: until resolved, max 12 months.
5. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. Contact us via the Contact page. We respond within 30 days.
