1. General information

These Terms and Conditions govern use of the website operated by EMAD PERII SRL (“EMAD Perii”, “we”) and the contractual relationship with customers requesting quotes or placing orders for industrial brushes and related products.

By using the site and submitting a request you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Company details

EMAD PERII SRL is a company registered under Romanian law. Current contact details are published on the Contact page.

3. Scope — B2B and consumers

We primarily operate B2B. Where permitted by law, contracts may also be concluded with consumers. For distance contracts with consumers, OUG 34/2014 (Romanian transposition of EU consumer rights) applies additionally, subject to exceptions for custom-made goods.

4. Products and quotes

Catalog information is indicative. Quotes sent by email or phone are valid for the period stated or 15 calendar days by default. A web form submission is not a binding order until confirmed by EMAD Perii.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in RON or EUR as quoted. Payment is typically by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. Advance payment may be required for custom orders.

7. Warranty

Products comply with agreed specifications. Consumers benefit from the legal conformity guarantee under Romanian Law 296/2004 (2 years). B2B warranty terms follow the contract and Civil Code.

9. Governing law and disputes

Romanian law applies. Consumers may contact ANPC or use the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
